How to get new students and keep them for a full day?
In my opinion, Linc is very suitable to learning English for newcomers. My suggestion is given as below:
First, I think Microskills could place more advertisements or partner with the immigration authorities to improve its branding, such as creating TV or newspaper ads, adding more URL addresses in the Internet, producing some promotional gifts, and so on.
Second, I think the contents of class need more organization. Maybe add a daily schedule to tell the students what to expert, e.g.just 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM for Grammar, 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM for Speaking, etc. If the school could provide a textbook for every level that would be wonderful. It will let the students understand clearly what is studied everyday.
Third, I think the school could add more benefits for students because almost of all students don't have a job yet. If the school could provide these benefits, it will attact more students to come, such as a full reward of TTC fare, a free lunch,  a small allowance for being present every day, etc.
Last but not least, The shcool could add more job opportunities and practice for party time, or volunteer placement, just like a real workshop at night.
