Summary of what happened

There was an argument in a court between landlord and tenant. The tenant sued the landlord to pay  $2570.8 for making her move out the rental house quickly. The tenant had rented the basement from the landlord for fourteen years. She was told to leave the rental house at one Saturday in 2008 because the basement was illegal. The detailed reason was that there is no stove, which was leaking gas in the basement, and the government would check the basement and permit anybody to living here. But the landlord told another story about that. He told the tenant that was a vampire in the basement, and it was alive. However, the movie didn't tell us the result.
